Eliya Series
Through the 2005 vintage, this series was called Reserve. As of the 2006 vintage it has been renamed and upgraded. All the wines in this series are exceptional and reach their full flavor and potential if allowed to remain in the bottle for up to three years from vintage
The 2006 vintage Eliya Cabernet Sauvignon had a limited production of 1,200 bottles. The wine is aged for eighteen months in French Oak casks. This wine contains 90% cabernet sauvignon grapes and 10% merlot. The Tanya Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon won a gold medal for its 2003 vintage, a silver medal for its 2004 vintage and gold medal again for its 2005 vintage.
The 2006 vintage Eliya Merlot had a limited production of 1,000 bottles. The wine is aged for sixteen months in French Oak casks. The Tanya Reserve Merlot won a silver medal at a competition in Paris for the 2004 vintage.
The Eliya Blend is created from a special mix of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 30% Merlot grapes and is prepared in the Bordeaux style. It is aged for eighteen months in French oak casks. It has a unique and surprising fruit flavor containing traces of black pepper and local spices and is distinctive among other wines of the cabernet/merlot blend.
Elia Chardonnay
A deep golden colored wine with aromas of lemon, red grapefruit, guava and a smoky barrel flavor. On the palate one senses a full bodied buttery textured fruity wine with a long finish.
