The Enosh Series is the Winery’s Premier Elite series prepared from the most exceptional grapes grape the harvest yields. It is made from only a few casks chosen by our Wine Master for their exceptional taste and body. The Enosh Series is very much a limited series with each bottle numbered by the Winery.
In 2004, 272 bottles were found to merit the Enosh label and it is recommended that they be consumed no sooner than four years after vintage. These bottles if stored in an appropriate manner, can be aged another twenty years!!!!!
The 2005 vintage yielded 872 bottles that merited the Enosh label and it is recommended that they not be drunk for at least three years after vintage. Stored properly they can also be aged and enjoyed for many years to come.


Enosh Label 2005
Enosh is a glistening wine with a dark ruby red color bordering on black color containing fragrances of dark fruits and blueberries with a background taste of local spices and black pepper. It also exhibits nuances of chocolate, vanilla and mint. The wine is full bodied for a sophisticated palate, with balanced alcohol content, favorable tannins and a long finish. A well constructed sophisticated wine with a long finish that is still at the “beginning” of its journey.
